What is estimated shipping for my product?


The standard shipping is FedEx Ground 5-7 business days delivery. Please call or email us to arrange for faster shipping.




What is the returns and exchanges policy?


We accept return or exchange only if the equipment is defective. Please contact us by phone or email to request a RMA numbe for exchange, return and refund.




How can I track my order?


Once the order process through phone or online. We will send out a tracking number on the same day to your email. You can track the shipment by the tracking number or link we we send you.




How can I be eligible for free toner?


To be eligible for free toner, you must first register your product at pandigital.com/registration. We will contact you regarding your eligibility as soon as possible after we receive your form.




How do I know if my product has been registered?


We will confirm your registration by email within 24 hours.




How can I register my product?
