  • What is estimated shipping for my product?
    The standard shipping is FedEx Ground 5-7 business days delivery. Please call or email us to arrange for faster shipping.
  • What is the returns and exchanges policy?
    We accept return or exchange only if the equipment is defective. Please contact us by phone or email to request a RMA numbe for exchange, return and refund.
  • How can I track my order?
    Once the order process through phone or online. We will send out a tracking number on the same day to your email. You can track the shipment by the tracking number or link we we send you.
  • How can I register my product?
    Please goto the "Regrister" page to register your product for warranty.
  • How do I know if my product has been registered?
    We will confirm your registration by email within 24 hours.
